Don’t expect actor Vince Vaughn to pop up on a late night talk show anytime soon.

On the latest episode of Theo Von’s podcast, the “Wedding Crashers” star accused hosts of pushing their political views on audiences.

Vaughn didn’t name names, but shows hosted by Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, Seth Meyers, Jimmy Fallon and “The Daily Show” have all leaned heavily into political commentary in recent years with fierce criticism of President Donald Trump and Republicans.

Talk shows have largely become “agenda-based,” claimed Vaughn. “They were gonna evangelical people to what they thought, you know what I mean? And so people just rejected it, because it didn’t feel authentic.”

“It felt like they had an agenda,” he continued. “It stopped being funny and it started feeling like I was in fucking a class I didn’t want to take. Do you know what I mean? I’m getting scolded.”

Vaughn argued that declining ratings are due to shows all becoming “the same show” and focusing too heavily on politics and judging “who’s good and who’s bad.”

“It’s like, imagine sitting next to someone like that on a fucking plane? You’d be like, ‘How do I get out of this fucking scene?’” he quipped.

Von joked he’d fart his way out of the situation.

Later, Von asked Vaughn — a self-described libertarian who previously drew backlash for a cordial interaction with Trump — whether he’d ever felt ostracized in Hollywood over his views.

“I got along with people for the most and always try to be honest who I am. But yeah, there’s times you felt like it would have been easier. It’s almost like a career move,” Vaughn said.

“But I was always the other way too,” he added. “Like, I’m not jumping on 100% this or this, because I have opinions on both sides.”

“There’s shit I don’t agree with at all, and then there’s shit I don’t agree with at all,” he said, gesturing to his right and then his left.
