Always follow the OUTCOME, not the words. The idea that YouTube, Google, Facebook, the lot of them, have any interest in protecting the free flow of information when they are owned by the same Cult that seeks to perceptually program the populous through control of information is utterly hilarious. Five minutes research into their ‘free speech’ track record will show you that. They are already using algorithms to dictate what you see and maintain the echo-chamber loops – not least Musk and X who are connected to the same network.
