Venezuela, Iran, China, Europe, Russia

This is a LOT to process — and it’s getting almost no coverage.

Steven Eugene Kuhn just laid out a theory about what’s unfolding in Iran, and if even part of this is true, we may be watching history move in real time.

According to Kuhn, what’s happening in Iran right now isn’t just protests.

He says it looks like a full-blown revolution, reportedly underway for about 12 days, spreading to 100+ cities, including Tehran.

"Hey, do you know what's happening in Iran right now? Well, you gotta hear this. Stay tuned. I talked this over with people who are directly involved like advisors, strategists, and our good friend, retired General Blaine Holt. First off, the mainstream news isn't showing the full story. Surprise. This isn't just some angry protest. It's a revolution. It started about 12 days ago and they've reportedly spread to over 100 cities and towns, including Tehran. There's reports of protesters overwhelming security forces in some areas and taking control of parts of cities. A quick personal note. Years ago, I ran a company in Hamburg, Germany with 70 employees. Half of them were Persian. So I personally hope for a better future for them.

"Now, what happened in Venezuela a few days ago may just be the catalyst for what's happening right now. Listen, as you know, the U.S. captured President Maduro and flew him out to face charges in New York. Considering that Iran and Venezuela have been close allies for years, linked through groups like Hezbollah, this certainly got the Iranians' attention and was a clear message to Tehran: things can change fast if you push too far. And it was all done very publicly, just like the movements of the U.S. planes, troops, and intelligence to the Middle East recently. Those are probably being publicized to make Iran's leaders and the IRGC nervous. That's the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

"Some more—during the Venezuela operation, reports say that Russian and Chinese-made air defense systems didn't even fire. Noting that Iran has those same weapons, Iranian leadership may start wondering if they have a safe way out of all this. The revolution-like situation is spreading and opposition is apparently holding strong in many cities. If this continues, it looks like Iran could be facing a big shift very soon. And if you look at the U.S. National Security Strategy and the FSOC (the Financial Stability Oversight Council), all these things were discussed years ago, it seems.

"Another interesting point is that Russia and China don’t look surprised that this happened, like maybe quiet agreements were made before the Venezuelan intervention even took place. Remember, China has a lot of money tied up in Venezuela, about $25 billion in loans. Which begs the question, why did their air defense weapons not even fire? Wouldn’t they want to protect their investment? An interesting note that adds to the theory is that oftentimes export versions of these weapons systems have built-in controls or kill switches that the seller can use to shut them off remotely. So it seems there may have been a deal made.

"Remembering that Trump spoke with both the Russian and the Chinese leaders weeks ago. So in the end, it actually looks like China may be complicit in this Venezuela situation. And the grand bargain could look like this: okay, China, we’re going back to the Monroe Doctrine. You’re leaving our hemisphere, and here are the terms. China pulls back from areas like the Americas, gets their $25 billion debt paid back, and possibly cheap oil, and therefore stays within new limits and behaves. Which could also explain why things are calmer around Taiwan right now.

"Now, now that the U.S. controls the oil strike price, we can drive oil prices right down to $40 a barrel if we want. And if we do that, Putin’s going to be in a more negotiable mood about ending the war in Europe, won't he? Putin can then go to the Kremlin hardliners, you know, the war hawks who think that they can win a nuclear war, and he can say, the U.S. is selling cheap oil, they’re going to bankrupt Russia. We have to bring this Ukraine war to an end. And the benefit to Putin is that it's a legitimate reason, which will once again strengthen his leadership and keep him in power. On top of that, it's going to end the NATO and the European Union's aggressive war drums, which in itself is very satisfying for me personally, because the children running the EU need to finally be put in their place of zero relevance in this whole matter. They’ve done nothing but make everything worse over the past years.

"If the Iranian regime falls, Iran could become friends with the West again and bring more stability to the Middle East. If this was actually the strategy from Trump and his team, to use Venezuela as a starting point, calm Taiwan, pressure an end to Ukraine, shut down NATO and the EU war drums, control oil prices, and break the 100-year-old global financial influence on America, it would be an incredible domino strategy, wouldn't it? I just can't imagine this all being coincidence."
