Orb Summoner Peter M Slattery recently posted a video featuring an anomalous light/orb at ground level.

It's a single frame flash of a few pixels. In the X video it looks like:

But they also have a zoom in at the end which looks like:

I think it's probably just a sensor glitch. Maybe even something like a cosmic ray.

So if I'm correct that this was filmed in Australia, where it is summer, I'm putting "firefly" at the top of my list.

It looks like the site is close-ish but not too close to the range of Blue Mountain fireflies. So far I have not found a comprehensive guide to where all of Australia's fireflies hang out.

(If I am looking at the wrong Jaya Sanctuary, then please disregard! The one I am looking at is along the border of Victoria and New South Wales, about under the "ff" in "Griffith."

Edit to correct that the site is further from the range of that species of fireflies than I had thought at first...
