Over the past couple of years I have conducted extensive and diverse investigations into the crimes of Jeffery Epstein, and what he may have been up to under his private Island and Zorro Ranch in New Mexico. But there is another side to those crimes that may have been going on at the same time. We know that Jeffery Epstein was interesting in using his own DNA to impregnate a large pool of women, and we also know that Epstein was funding the likes of geneticist George Church. What I had not covered was the possibility that his partner in crime Ghislaine Maxwell may have been contributing to these weird sciences through her TerraMa Project.

TerraMa was a self described environmental nonprofit organisation founded in 2012 by Ghislaine Maxwell. The socialite can be seen on many news channels at the time claiming that her TerraMa project was about ownership and conservation of the open seas, which is the area of the sea that does not fall under any nations laws. Maxwell was even invited to give a talk at the United Nations about her project.

Two thirds of the ocean are beyond national jurisdiction, though there are some regulations, none of them address human cloning. Epstein’s island fell under the jurisdiction of the United States as it is location in the US Virgin Islands. Even then human cloning is not banned in the US, although it is often thought to be illegal due to a bill introduced by Bill Clinton which only banned government funding being spent on human cloning technologies. I believe this was simply a publicity stunt to distance Bill Clinton from human cloning and to give the impression that has absolutely against it, when he may have been involved through his close friendship with both Epstein and Maxwell.

It also seems that there are different laws depending on the level of depth at which you are operation in. The deep seabed is for instance designated the“common heritage of mankind” and it was on this principle that Maxwell based her project. We know that the islands that surround Epstein Island have a number of submarine ports, such as St Barts and St Thomas Island. There is an old WWII base on St Thomas Island called Bourne Field which was a Navy operational base.

In 2012 Maxwell obtained a license to pilot submersibles, which are smaller and less independent than an actual submarine, designed for specific tasks such as deep sea exploration. But why would Ghislaine Maxwell be interested in a Transhumanist agenda to build a new type of human vessel? Well what no-one has put together is that her father (who she worshipped) was buried on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. Her father was of course the controversial media tycoon Robert Maxwell, also rumoured to have been a Mossad agent. Robert Maxwell died on November 5th 1991 when his body was found in the Atlantic Ocean near the Canary Islands. His death was rumoured to have been a Mossad cover up because Robert knew where the skeletons were buried.
